George Beaumont Loveday was the son of the actors William and Ely Loveday-Goodwin. He managed musical entertainments together with his brother John Lawrence Toole (1830-1906). They introduced "Faust" in England. Later her was the manager and advisor of the actor and theatre manager John Lawrence Toole, from 1867 until his death in 1887. He was the manager of the Gaiety Theatre in London at the time he married the singer and actress Annie Tremaine in 1877. They had two sons. He died in 1887 in London.
