Evi Servaes was the daughter of the actress Dagny Servaes. Her father Erwin Ernst Goldarbeiter was a collaborator of Max Reinhardt. Her husband was the actor Gandolf Buschbeck (1926-2011). She mostly worked for theatre. She was engaged at the Theater in der Josefstadt from 1941 to the summer of 1944, when all theatres were closed because of the war.

In 1956 she appeared with her mother in the film "Der Schandfleck". In 1962 she started playing in a series of travelling performances of "Don Juan in der Hölle". From 1969 to 1972 she had a part in "Jedermann" at the Festspiele in Salzburg. In the past, her mother played the leading female part of Buhlschaft there for thirteen years. She died in Salzburg in 2007 and was buried in her mother's grave.
