Minna Arndt worked as an actress in Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg and Dresden. In 1874 she became a member of the ensemble of the Königlichen Schauspielhauses in Berlin. In 1883 she married the actor Ludwig Barnay and in the same year she retired from the stage. She followed Barnay to his positions in different German cities. They ended up in Hannover, where he died in 1924. Minna lived until 1932 and was buried beside her husband at the Friedhof Engesohde in Hannover. Family • Husband: Barnay, Ludwig (1883-) |
