Daughter of the author and art collector Andreas Dillinger and his wife Auguste, who was a singer at the Court Opera in Vienna. From an early age she was a harp virtuoso. At the Conservatory she studied piano under Ernst Ludwig from 1899 to 1902. From 1901 to 1905 she studied harp under Alfred Zamara. In March 1905 she gave a successful performance at a concert organised by the Conservatory. An art trip to Paris and London was planned, but she died from pneunomia before it started. She was aged only nineteen.
