Eveline Baltazzi was the daughter of Theodore Baltazzi and Elizabth Sarell. Her father died when she was six years old and her mother when she was nine years old. Like her brothers and sisters she inherited a fortune. She was fond of horses and hunting and she was well known in the hunting circles of Leicestershire. In 1872 she married Georg Count von Stockau in Vienna and they had two daughters in 1873 and 1874. A third daughter was born in 1881. Her picture was included in the Gallery of Beauties in Munich. She died in Stampfen in 1901, aged only 46.
