Pauline Lauters was born in Brussels. She married the architect Deligne in 1853. On 7 October 1854 she played the title role in the premiere of Gevaert's "Billet de Marguerite" at the Théâtre-Lyrique in Paris. She left the company of that theatre at the end of 1855 to tour in Brittany.

She debuted at the Opera in Paris on 12 January 1857 as Leonore in Verdi's "Il Trovatore". In 1858 she married the tenor Louis Guéymard. This marriage lasted until their legal separation in 1868. In 1862 she created the part of Balkis in Gounod's "La Reine de Saba" and in the 1867 the role of Princess Eboli in Verdi's "Don Carlos". She retired from the stage in 1876.

7/10/1854Premiere of Gevaert's "Le Billet de Marguerite" at the Théâtre-Lyrique in Paris. The libretto for the comical opera in three acts was written by Adolphe de Leuven and Léon Lévy Brunswick. The title role was perforemd by Pauline Deligne-Lauters. 
17/3/1858Premiere of "La Magicienne" by Fromental Halévy at the Theâtre de l'Académie Impériale de Musique in Paris. The libretto was written by Henri Saint-Georges. It was the last opera that was finished by Haléy before he died. Adelaide Borghi-Mamo was Mélusine. Other performers were Louis Guéymard, Marc Bonnehée and Pauline Guéymard-Lauters. 28/2/1862Premiere of Gounod's opera "La reine de Saba" at the Opéra in Paris. It was based on Gérard de Nerval's "Le voyage en Orient". The libretto was written by Jules Barbier and Michel Carré. Pierre-Louis Dietsch was the conductor. Bernardine Hamaekers played the role of Bénoni and Pauline Guéymard-Lauters played queen Balkis. 11/3/1867Premiere of Verdi's opera "Don Carlos" at the Salle Le Peletier in Paris. It was conducted by François George-Hainl. Louis-Henri Obin, Jean Morère, Jean-Baptiste Faure, Marie-Constance Sasse and Pauline Guéymard-Lauters were singing. [Verdi, Giuseppe]
9/3/1868Premiere of Ambroise Thomas' opera "Hamlet" at the Opéra in Paris. The libretto for this French adaption was written by Jules Barbier and Michel Carré. François George-Hainl was the conductor. It starred Jean-Baptiste Faure as Hamlet and Christine Nilsson as Ophelia. Pauline Guéymard-Lauters was Getrude and Armand Castelmary was Horatio.
