Guillaume Marmiche was a merchant from Bordeaux. He married Euphrosine Palmyre Périllat, who was born in New Orleans on 8 Sep 1812. After her death on 5 Jan 1837 he erected a large chapel for her at the Cimetière de la Chartreuse in Bordeaux. Marmiche died in 1840 and was buried there as well. |
