Adolphe Bizet was a pupil of Guénepin. He won prizes at the Grand Prix the Rome in 1868 and 1869. He became a professor at the École M. Lavoisier. He died in 1873, aged only 28. His grave at Père Lachaise has a medallion by Alfred Lenoir. |
