Fee von Reichlin was the daughter of Herbert Freiherr Reichlin von Meldegg (1876-1919) and his wife Ilse Rabl-Rückhard (1883-1962). As a child she danced in theatre performances. Later she took acting lessons, dance lessons and singing lessons. For many years she performed in Prague, Munich, Dresden and Berlin. In the 1930s she appeared in Karl Valentin's short movies. In 1944 she was put on the Gottbegnadeten-Liste of artists that should be protected from the war. After 1945 she worked in Wiesbaden and Munich. During the 1950s she was mostly active as a singer. In 1988 she was cast by Peter Schamoni next to five other older female stars in "Schloß Königswald". As late as 1993 she appeared in the episode "Himmel und Erde" of the television series "Tatort". |
