Gabrielle Fontan appeared in 125 movies between 1927 and 1959. In 1920 she started her own drama class. She was asked by Charles Dullin to play in "Maldone" in 1927 and this started her career in cinema at the age of 54. She often played smaller parts for three decades. Meanwhile she also appeared in the theatre. She died in Juvisy-sur-Orge in 1959. |
