Eglantine de Valrose was the pseudonym of Louise Léa Dumas from Bergerac. Under this name she published several volumes of poetry, among them "Les Aventures merveilleuses du petit prince Ratiki" (1931) and "Amour" (1949).

In 1898 she had married Elie Georgeval. She died in Bergerac in 1955 and was buried at the Cimetière Protestant du Pont Saint-Jean.
