Jean Verschneider was a student of Jacques Periin and Jean-anyoine Injalbert. He exhibited at the Salons of the Société des Artistes Français and joined that society in 1908. In 1923 his bronze Art Deco sculptures were shown by the art dealer Arthur Goldschneider at the Salon of 1923. In 1925 he became an employee of Goldschneider's company. His war memorial at the Parc de Saint-Cloud was inaugurated in 1922. |
