Peter Hey started his career at the Theater an der Wien. He held engagements in Innsbruck, Graz, Zürich and Bern. From 1939 to 1945 he worked as a director at the Landestheater in Linz. After the war he founded the cabaret "Eulenspiegel" in Linz. He often worked for the radio and for "Freu Dich nicht zu früh" he collaborated with Max Böhm. From 1972 to 1983 he worked for the Wiener Volkstheater where he appeared in plays by Nestroy, Brecht, Dürrenmatt and others. |
