Was a model to the painter John Waterhouse. She sat for "La Belle
Dame Sans Merci" (1893) when she was fifteen years old. She
also appears on "Hylas and the Nymphs", "A Mermaid" (1901),
"Psyche Opening the Golden Box" (1903) and on other paintings.
She seemed to be forgotten until recent years and nothing is known about her relationship with John Waterhouse. Her mother's maiden name was Waterhouse and she was a cousin to Alfred Waterhouse. As far as known she was not related to John Waterhouse. She trained for nursing and worked as a nurse after modeling. Forster never married.
